Information Collection
Reliable Response is the sole owner of the information collected on http://quickbase.reliableresponse.net and through the QuickBase PowerTools browser extension. QuickBase PowerTools does not collect information from our users, but user information is passed through our servers and may be stored on disk, in buffers or in logs.
QuickBase User Accounts
We request a one-time-ticket from QuickBase in order to identify you. From
this ticket, we get your screen name and user id. We use the user id as
the unique identifier to send to our merchant services partner, Spreedly.com
Phone Numbers
We collect the phone numbers of every caller added to a conference. This
information is written to the log files, which are stored on disk but not
available online. We pass the phone numbers to our telephony provider, Twilio.
Communications from the Site
Reliable Response will not use your QuickBase information or the phone numbers
you provide to contact you. If there is a problem with your billing, Spreedly
will contact you directly.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use cookies on this site.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use a tracking utility called "analog" that uses log files to analyze user movement.
Sharing
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
Third Party Advertisers
Reliable Response DOES NOT share, sell, rent or trade Web site usage information about users with a reputable third party. Reliable Response may share non identifiable aggregate information. but never call records or usage statistics to partners who have signed a non-disclosure agreement for the sole purpose of establishing a partnership agreement. This data may include customer name and address.
Business Transitions
In the event Reliable Response goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
